Yes. For programs that require the CSCA examination, we can provide professional guidance on examination requirements, preparation strategies and planning as part of our consulting services.

In many cases, yes. If your study goals change during the planning process, your consultant will discuss available alternatives and adjust your admission strategy where appropriate, subject to your selected consulting package and application progress.

The timeline varies depending on the university, program and application period. Generally, students are encouraged to begin planning at least six to twelve months before their intended enrollment to allow sufficient time for preparation and application.

Required documents vary by university and program, but commonly include a passport, academic transcripts, graduation certificate, language certificate (if required), personal statement, recommendation letters (where applicable), medical examination form and other university-specific documents. No. University admission decisions are made solely by the universities. While we help students strengthen their applications and prepare strategically, no education consultancy can legitimately guarantee admission.

No. Scholarship awards are determined independently by universities and scholarship providers according to their own selection criteria. We provide scholarship planning and application guidance but cannot guarantee scholarship approval.

Yes. Whenever appropriate, we continue providing guidance on academic development, scholarship opportunities, internships, postgraduate planning and career development after students begin their studies in China.

Yes. We provide guidance on university accommodation arrangements and available housing options as part of our student support services. Accommodation allocation is ultimately determined by the university or accommodation provider.

No. At present, CAC does not provide airport pickup services. If your university offers airport reception, we will help you obtain the relevant information before departure.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy or consulate. If a visa application is refused, we will review the circumstances with you and discuss possible next steps whenever appropriate.

Application fees are included only where specified in your selected consulting package. Any fees not included in your package remain the responsibility of the student.

Unless specifically stated in your package, students are responsible for expenses such as tuition fees, accommodation fees, visa fees, medical examination fees, health insurance, airfare, translation and notarization, courier charges, government fees, language examination fees and CSCA examination fees.

Once you have selected the consulting package that best suits your needs, your consultant will provide our designated bank account details. Payments should be made by international bank transfer (wire transfer) unless another payment method has been agreed upon in writing. Your consulting service will begin after payment has been received and confirmed.

Refunds are available only under the terms of our Scholarship Plus package. For detailed information regarding eligibility, conditions and refund procedures, please contact your consultant before purchasing the package.

Yes. With the student’s consent, parents or legal guardians are welcome to communicate with the assigned consultant regarding study planning, application progress and related matters.
