Admission Requirements

  • Entrance AssessmentBachelor’s applicants submit CSCA results and sit an online HITSZ Mathematics or Mathematics and Physics test. Graduate assessment may include a written test, interview or both.
  • Required DocumentsPassport, diploma, transcripts, English certificate, CV, physical examination, non-criminal record and bank statement. Graduate applicants also submit a study plan and two recommendations.
  • Application DeadlineMay 20 for 2026 undergraduate, master’s and doctoral applications.

HITSZ Entrance Scholarship

Coverage: Major award: full tuition plus CNY 1,000 monthly allowance; other awards cover 100%, 80% or 70% of tuition.
Eligibility: International degree applicants are considered automatically with admission; awards are reassessed annually using academic performance and conduct.

Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC)
